The order can be canceled if it is still being processed and has not yet been packaged. To do so, please contact customer service.
Once the order has been packaged and is ready for shipment, it is more difficult to cancel. This is because any order that is ready to be shipped has been requested for pickup by the carrier, and the logistics costs incurred no longer allow us to accept a cancellation or may generate charges that will be billed to you.
If an order is being delivered, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, you will be billed for shipping and return costs.
