Electric airless diaphragm pumps are used for high-pressure paint spraying without air injection. The pump is powered by an electric or gasoline motor, which transmits rotary motion to a cam connected to an oil chamber. The piston's action draws in the oil, pushing it against the diaphragm, made of an extremely elastic and resistant material, vibrating at the same frequency as the piston. This action creates a vacuum: the product is sucked up and pushed by the diaphragm itself, towards the hose and gun. A special valve regulates the pressure of both the oil circuit and the product itself. The paint dries quickly and, in a single stroke, the line is uniform. The Dali Liner requires the use of a filtered paint specially designed for airless applications, which guarantees a homogeneous, smooth and uniform paint that does not crust, gelatinize or thicken. With Dali Liner, the paint adheres tenaciously to all types of floor, with excellent visibility and resistance to wear caused by traffic and weather.
